Well they are considered different tags if that’s what you mean, yes. Full caps also won’t trend on Twitter unless they’re in a hashtag. But regular sentences trend much easier than the latter.

It doesn’t matter that it still has the $9.99 option — this will always be there so don’t worry. If you’re worried about your ticket, then please screencap your “My orders” section, send it to me & I’ll let you know if you did everything right but I’m pretty sure you did.
Also about the chat —- many people face issues ever since the new chat interface came through. What worked for me was to do a massive re-start of my Google Chrome browser. I found it somewhere in “Settings”. I heard some people found luck with Firefox.
